We at the Nest Step House have been dedicated to providing a safe & loving, sober environment to women who are recovering from alcoholism & addiction. As well, we assist women in their transition from recovery into the community, so that they can become productive and successful in life, following their recovery.
Millionaire Academy I signed up for 5 properties in mid July and I am already in escrow with 2 of the properties and it is only August. I’m looking forward to more properties!

Virginia Kaufman Millionaire Academy I did it! I found out about a property for sale, and with no money down, negotiated a lease-escrow (Virginia’s special method)!
The sellers are even willing to let me lease the property to other tenants while we do a 60 day escrow.
I am keeping their loan in place for lower initial payments for cash flow. They do not need any initial cash and are pleased not to have to pay the capital gains taxes. They also don’t have to pay the agent $32,000 commission. They asked questions but I answered them confidently because of all the role-playing we do in the courses.
